Wandertea is more than just tea, try it and say bye to your bloating problems.
Wandertea is not just a tea brand, but an easy way to a new healthy lifestyle. At a rendez-vous at The Good Life Eatery in Chelsea with Caroline Receveur, the founder, explains that she used to feel bloated all the time despite the amount of sport she was doing. She tried different detox tea diets that didn’t work and decided to have her own solution. The Frenchie created her own detox tea and launched the magic of the label Wandertea.
Caroline was a model, TV personality and actress before founding the brand. Being in the pursuit of the perfect body, she knew that reaching her goal meant changing her lifestyle and the way she was eating. She combined the benefits of tea with a gluten free diet and started seeing results, although Caroline noticed the laxative and other effects. She appealed to French herborist and pharmacist based in Canada, Julien Greneche. They both finally found the perfect balance to feel good and have a flat stomach.
Made of Roobois, Patchouli, Black Radish, Hawthorn, Ginger and other plants, the Wandertea 14 day detox allow to cleanse and purify the inside of the body.
Being curious, and wanting to achieve my dream silhouette, I decided to test the whole purifying and detoxing “Wander” diet myself. As loads of girls, I have that bloating problem, waking up every morning feeling like I am pregnant. I tend to be healthy… but I still like a good double chocolate cookie sometimes. The Wandertea detox plan requires a gluten free diet, which I don’t mind as I was wheat intolerant besides health issues last year. Here is a little diary of my detox journey from day 1 to day 14.
Day #1: I hide everything that contains gluten in my kitchen. Oh my God! No toast for breakfast? Ugh. No coffee either. I told myself “it’s okay, it is just 14 days, you’ll be fine”.
Day #3: I feel less hungry than usual, my tummy slowly starts to get more flat. I already feel like it is a relief.
Day #7: I have been sleeping perfectly tight, my skin is glowing and my stomach still is in the unbloating process. Also, thankgod, that tea does not have any laxative effect; which is often the case with other detox teas.
Day #10: “Bread. I am craving bread and cereals”. I resisted, until my friend invited me to dinner. Of course, the boeuf Bourguignon could not be served without bread and potatoes cooked on a super oiled pan. Let’s just say that was the cheat meal of the 14-day detox diet... at least it was not McDonald’s.
Day #14: I have to admit that my stomach is now flat and I feel as light as a feather; although there is no laxative effect compared to other detox teas.
Wandertea is definitely wonderful for all the women that have the same bloating problems.
