Before getting started with your new fitness routine, you need to get the right equipment.

Although running is a cheap sport, getting the right shoes is important. Once ready, you will be ready to kick off, but there are still some rules! For now, let’s talk about what you should have.
The right running trainers

You definitely need “running trainers” and please girls, Converse or Nike Air Max’s are not acceptable – because, yes, I’ve seen people running in these shoes more than once. It is essential to take care of your feet in order to get a good workout as well as for your joints.
A running shoe is, as you guessed, made for running: it is light and flexible, which allows the foot to get comfortable and make an smoother impact on the floor. When you get tired, believe me, it is way much nicer to feel your feet “flying” rather than dying. The mesh allows the feet to breathe (especially now that summer is coming), you certainly do not want your boyfriend to smell your stinky trainers after a show-off workout session if you happen to run with him.
In terms of brands, everyone is different when it comes to feet. Whatever you are comfortable in can work. No need to scroll down reviews for hours on each sportswear brand. As examples, I would suggest New Balance, Nike Free Run or Asics. There is no “best running shoes”, so take your time to try out what fits you.
Some stores have a treadmill so do not hesitate to try that too with the shoes on. Some other sportswear stores allow you to run outside for a few minutes while you wear their trainers. It helps you to decide on which design is the best for your feet.
Tip: it is always better to take half a size up, simply because the feet usually swell while running.
The right sport bra
A good bra is always a good idea. And you probably know it, firstly because it limits damage to your breast and it avoids tensions. You’ll thank me in 10 years. To get the right sport bra, you need to get the right size. Obvious, right? But it sill is very important. Get the same size as your usual bra, or a slight tighter so it can really support your breast while working out.
You would rather choose swimsuit style straps at the back of the bra so it won’t move during the workout. Be sure that the straps or clips do not bother you.
Next step is to choose an anti-sweat material.

The right top
Some will say that it is all about marketing, but the right ‘technological' top is essential. Be careful not to choose cotton! Cotton absorbs sweat. In addition, you would get cold after being too hot; in conclusion you would get ill.
FOREVER 21
THE KWAY
The running k-way option is anti-wind and convenient if you are an outdoor runner. A good sweatshirt could work as well.
